18V for OCD

Hey i've read about the wonders of powering the OCD at 18v and would like to give it a shot.

however, im using a one-spot adaptor with daisy-chain. am aware that i cannot y-cable two daisy-chain outlets from a single onespot to achieve the 18v. Anyone knows if im able to achieve 18v if i y-cable two daisy-chain outlets from two separate one-spot adaptors?
i.e. one half of the Y-cable comes from one adaptor's daisychain and the other half from the second adaptor's daisychain.

You can do that.

But thats quite silly. Try looking for an 18v adaptor.

hmm.. wont it be more cost efficient if i need to power 8 other pedals as well? considering the price of a onespot should be ard the same as a 18v adaptor?

Yes I didn't read the part about the daisy chaining. You're right.
