The classic Warwick design returns!
The RockBass Fortress is a reissue of the Warwick Fortress, which was taken out of production in the late 1990s and was noted for its wide tonal range and excellent neck/body balance. There was so much public interest in the Fortress shape that Warwick decided to bring it back as a new member of the wildly successful RockBass line. The Fortress features a swamp ash body, maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. Comes loaded with active MEC Gold split- and single-coil pickups, plus an MEC active 2-band preamp. For the perfect finishing touch, Warwick uses black hardware.
Features:
-Wide tonal range
-Excellent neck/body balance
-Swamp ash body
-Maple neck and rosewood fingerboard
-Active MEC Gold split- and single-coil pickups
-MEC active 2-band preamp
-Black hardware
Only mod I did was to change the transistor(?) in the wiring to a bigger one.
I don't know the resale value of it so I'll put a ballpark figure of somewhere around $600? Please quote me a reasonable price if interested and we can negotiate.
