I got a very good condition RG2228 from 2012. It's the current version so it has the KTS Titanium reinforcement rods in the neck, new knobs and a sleeker headstock/neck profile, as compared to the models up till 2010.
Everything is stock except that it's strung with D'Addario Balance Tension 10s + a .56 and a .74.
Plays like butter with super low action plus the body is very resonant. Pretty impressive.
There's 1 small chip at a corner on the body... a tiny scratch behind... some screws be slightly rusty...
Anyway, selling because I have an Oni 8, which is better.
1.7k gets it or I'd consider a trade with the white, maple neck version.
