Any budget constraints? If you're tight on a budget and need a simple delay, the Biyang analogue delay (can't remember the model number, it's the small "baby boomer" series) is quite nice, at $70.

I'd highly recommend one with a tap tempo though, it will really help to make you sound tight against your drummer/bassist. $220 and under: Vox Time Machine, Boss DD-20 (2nd hand) and Line 6 DL-4 (2nd hand) come to mind.
