Where to learn Bass near Tanjong Pagar/Raffles Place

Hi guys,

I'm helping out a dear friend who wishes very much to learn bass, but due to work schedule, she can't travel far.

So, would greatly appreciate it if you have any recommendations of teachers/music schools around Tanjong Pagar/Raffles Place that she can learn bass from?

My own sources for bass lessons ran out, so I am hoping you guys can help.
