web designers?

Hi guys

First of all - my apologies to Soft if this thread is in the wrong place - if so, then just let me know where it should be moved to.

OK - so i'm wondering if anyone here does web design/development. To a professional level.

I'm going to be moving to Singapore (from the UK) soon and i'm setting up my own tuition business (piano and guitar) in Singapore, so i'm looking for a website that I can use as online advertising of my services.

If anyone can help, do please give me a shout.

I've had similar websites done before (I used to teach in Paris and in London, so had sites for each school, so I have all the necessary text required for the site), which should make things easier for the designer.

Well, I'm currently having internship dealing with web-based stuff. (That includes web design too!)
