Want to rejunevate my old bass

I have an old 1980s Aria Pro II CSB380 Cardinal Series (made in Japan). I have not used it for a long time. The bass is single pickup. Want to change to a better pickup so that I can start using it again. It also needs to be cleaned up and rusty parts replaced. What is the estimated cost of rejuvenating this guitar?
