Vocalist seeking a band or individuals to write original music with. Happy to sing covers but would prefer to work on originals as I am already singing regularly with a cover band and have done a few gigs as frontman.
I have a fairly versatile vocal range - comfortable in the alto – soprano range (think Axl Rose/Sebastian Bach/Matthew Bellamy-type vocals) and also comfortable with current vocal ranges used in more modern rock (e.g. Franz Ferdinand, Libertines type of range).
My influences include classic hard rock (Guns n Roses, Skid Row, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Whitesnake etc), metal (Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth etc), alternative (Nirvana, Extreme, Red Hot Chili Peppers etc) and more modern stuff (Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Killers, Avenged Sevenfold, Arctic Monkeys, Libertines, Kaiser Chiefs, Black Keys etc).
