Tennis Ball Risers - Manufacturer or Pooling

Hi Folks - I am planning to get a tennis ball riser drum platform, due to complaint from downstair neighbour in my condo (despite using NE10 Noise Eater for Kick Pedal), and so that I can practice late in night without worrying about neighbours.

Does anyone have contact for people who can make a custom tennis ball drum risers, or wants to get a similar thing done so we can pool in to save cost? I don't have time, tools, or expertise to get it done on my own, so would rather get it down from professionals or carpenters. Cheers!

i use baby a 1cm thick foam mat (the jigsaw puzzle kind). if you want more dampening, stack more layers
