Thinking of learning kickboxing/muay thai :-D
I'm wondering, because I haven't been moving around for like two years and I've gone into tofu condition (You poke and I'll break), am I suitable to learn? I scared after 5 minutes I'll just pass out.
Anyone experienced it before? Taking up a sport while they have like 0 stamina..etc. Completely starting from scratch.
