Long awaited Stärker Music Carnival is back! This year with even more exciting performances awaits you! Organised by Stärker Music, a core beer and bistro business supported by Starker group, with Cross Ratio Entertainment as an official Music and Event Organiser, the carnival will bring to you live music by prominent regional artistes and homegrown talents. The one day carnival will be headlined by A-list superstar A-Lin, supported by 3 notable local acts - Acapella group MICappella 麦克疯, local alternative band The Facade, and a trio acoustic band Hubba Bubbas.
Definitely worth anticipating the performances of the prominent regional and local artistes!
Headliner - Taiwanese Powerhouse A-Lin
We are happy to announce that Stärker Music Carnival will be having A-Lin as the headliner for the second time. Being titled as ‘a born diva’ in the mandarin-pop industry, A-Lin 黄丽玲 had just held her World Tour 《I’m A-Lin》in Singapore earlier this year on 27th January. Are you perhaps having the widely known “Post Concert Withdrawal”? If yes, then Stärker Music Carnival is definitely a good chance for you to see her live again!

Along with our Headliner, the Carnival also showcases homegrown artistes for supporters of local music, featuring emerging artistes.
MICappella 麦克疯
A homegrown Bilingual Acapella band, the sextet has released a music video “Evolution of NDP songs” last year that became a big hit among Singaporeans of all ages which also caught the attention of Singapore Prime Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong who shared the video on his own social media platform. This year, they came up with Version 2.0 of “Evolution of NDP songs” and also seized the opportunity to perform at the Marina Bay Floating Platform for NDP.
The Facade
Performing genres such as pop, rock, blues and R&B, the local alternative pop-rock band has been rocking chart-topping hits and originals since 2011. Sharing the same stage as other renowned acts, they performed their original single, ‘Better Than This’ at the Hong Kong Asian-Pop Music Festival. The single claimed #7 spot on the iTunes Top 200 Tracks Hong Kong Alternative Chart and have scored new international fans for themselves.
Hubba Bubbas
A versatile trio performs songs ranging from R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop to Jazz- HubbaBubbas (pronounced as huh-buh-buh-buhs) delivers electrifying energy and great vibes on stage. The power-packed trio consisting of funky guitarist Ryan Chan, wicked beatboxer/vocal percussionist Mervyn Ye, and powerhouse vocalist Stephanie Lim whom flaunted a dynamic performance back in 2015 for the SEA games opening ceremony alongside with renowned local artists.
Keep a look out for - Finalists of Stärker Music Jams 2018
3 Finalists from Stärker Music Jams will be performing their sets at the Carnival, sharing the same stage as the well-known artistes. Stärker Music Jams is a platform for aspiring singers/bands to showcase their talents. Handpicked by a Music Industry Judge, Stärker Group Management and Public Votings(which holds the highest percentage), the 3 Finalists will have the final showdown on the main event day. Stärker Music Jams 2018 Champion will be announced on the day itself and will also be walking away with $37,000 worth of attractive prizes!
Admission to the Carnival will be free with purchase of food and beverage package. This year, there is an alcohol package offering 5 litres of beer, food platter and entry for 3 pax (seated) selling at $228. Else, there will also be standard F&B package selling at as low as $38 per pax.
