Soundproofing drum room in condo

How much will it cost to soundproof a drum room in a condo 12' x 15' room?

Don't need to be 100% soundproof. If sound levels can be brought down to 55dB (less definitely better) then it'll be great.

Budget is about 5k to 10k. I'm not an atm so if DIY is not too difficult and costs significantly less, then I'm down to it.

This is a tough one.

If you have the budget, why not invest in a electrical drums set.

This way you can go crazy and nobody will complain.
