Sleeper's Tale Album
The album concept derived with Calvin's personal desire to enliven Oriental culture and modernize it with modern Western influences. Created to lead the audience as much to an imaginative world as possible, the genres mixes mainly Ambient Lounge spiced up in Oriental influences combined with Trance and Rock elements, together with variations of New Age, World and Garage exploits. 3 difference languages English, Mandarin and Japanese are used including numerous instruments from congas, djembes, udu drums, violins on top of the standard instruments.
Several additional musicians were used in the album recording like Winson Gng (Percussions), Bridget Goh(Violins) and Canopus Endorsee, Kenny Hogans(Drums). Most of the instruments however were recorded and performed by Calvin himself though.
