Selling modified 25th Anniversary Agop 20.5" ride
I want to sell my rare and limited edition 25th Anniversary ride - only 1000 pieces were produced around 2005.
I sent it to Craig Lauritsen, a famous independent cymbal-smith in Australia to add more complexity and overtones, and to alleviate the barking seal effect. Just hammering, no additional lathing.
It is a very dark, complex, semi-dry cymbal, with a huge order of that mysterious breath that Agop cymbals possess.
It is drilled for 3 rivets (but rivets were removed).
Comes with the certificate of authenticity and the 25th Anniversary cymbal bag.
