1986 Made in USA the famous Gibson Kalamazoo factory. The DD"Diving Duck" 204. I prefer this headstock than the pointy one.

Unbound rosewood fretboard with dots
Chrome Schaller tailpiece and Schaller roller bridge
Schaller pickups...HSS configuration
4 mini toggles on/off for each pickup and a coil tap for the bridge humbucker
I change the tuners to Gotoh tuners which is more reliable.
