It can be a cover or an original composition by your team which is playing to the theme of "Music Saves the Earth"!

Maybe some can write a song about wars?? coz u know wars destroy the earth too.........not only earth EVEN THE HUMAN ALSO....so yeah. hmmmm maybe poverty ?? coz from poverty, lots of people die?? if people die, wads e use of having earth if there's no human So save the human first before save the earth. Hi Ishka, last year's winning band cannot take part again in this year's competition. But if you're joining with another band, with different band members, your application will be considered.

As for the theme, well, it's up to ur imagination how u wanna express it. Yep, it has to relate to mother nature/ the earth in one way or another. Need not be like Mighty Mouse or Superman like tt lah.... For eg, some cover songs that r rather well known includes "Salt Water Wells in My Eyes", "Saves the Earth" etc... If still can't find any nice one, just compose a song tt relates to Mother Earth then! Can help u to have a chance in winning the Best Composition too if it's good!! Have Fun!! =)

Hi Lyon,

Yep! It'll count as well because the theme is still around Saving Earth. The music composed can be in the form of death metal, jazz, rock etc... We welcome all genres of music!!

Hi hi, Genre is not only rock. It can be jazz or heavy metal etc. yep! U'll have to play with real instruments on stage. No recorded music will be played during the competition. Thus, u'll have to find enough frens to play the instruments and make music! =)

Sorry for the late reply as we were busy during the deadline submission. Sorry to inform that we've already closed for registration. However, please do come down and catch the other bands jam on the event night at VivoCity. We're also having Special Guest Performances by Plain Sunset, Reverie, Denvers Cheerleading Team and a rock dance group!

We're also having SMS Live Polling System whereby audiences can vote for the band that they like the most. Voters will get to win up to $150 worth of vouchers simply by voting for their favourite bands! Check out the details below:
