Hi Guys! Here Are the latest Updates For "THE LAST BAND STANDING"
Band competition 2013 happening in November
(Event Organized By: The Eighth Note Music School)
This is Open to all amateur bands.
AUDITIONS:
The date for the auditions will be on November. So that bands will have time to compose their own originals. Venue of the finals will be announced later.
The band will have to prepare 1 original song and 1 cover song, or 2 originals, and will be an open genre.
The judges will choose the best 3 bands each category based on performance, musicality and technicality. The 3 best bands per category will compete in a live head-to-head battle of the bands in The Eighth Note Annual Student Concert.
Band Qualifications:
1. Amateur bands that have not recorded and released original materials.
2. Bands that have not won any major band competition within the past 5 years (i.e. Yamaha Asian beat, Global battle of the bands, etc.)
3. Bands that do not include any past and/or current Eighth Note Full time instructors.

Semideus (secondary schools)
Grand prize:

Titans (tertiary and working professional)
Grand prize:
1st Runner up.
2nd runner up.
