Another song off the new Shakers record! Not many guitar parts on this one.. The intro is well basically inspired by Don't Stop Believin' - Journey. Got the idea from the live video of Planetshakers doing this song at Fusion 2012.
Running my '92 Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus into the Axe Fx II and direct via USB into my MacBook Pro. The Les Paul has Suhr Doug Aldrich pickups and an RS Guitarworks Vintage Wiring Kit installed.
On the Axe Fx II I'm using the Friedman HBE amp with some delay on it. I'm also running an overdrive to add more grit and saturation to the distorted tone from the Friedman HBE amp. On the cleaner sections i simply switched off the overdrive using the MFC 101 and turned on a multidelay.
Color corrected the footage in Final Cut Pro X.
