Notation Reading..Can Play but cannot read=c

I can play drums, those simple quarters to 16th heptuplet. But It seems that I forget how to read the notations. Any guys out there can recommend any material which does accompany with either an audio or visual assistant for this illiterate drummer. Oh Ya...I love to read claves too..any help on these too?? I'm a drummer who can "speak" but cannot "read". Thanks

hey man, readings really important.
ted reed's book on syncopation. do pages 34 to 48.
play 4 quater notes with ur bass drum and hi hat with ur feet on 2 and 4.

1.okie play the excercises with both hands.
2. COUNT OUT LOUD, this is so important. this is the key to learning how to read at first.
3. play with a metronome
4. okie when that done play a straight rock beat and use the excercies for ur feet instead of hands while maintaining the 2 and 4 backbeat.
5. play everything swung. as in 1 N2 N3 N4 as opposed to 1 N 2 N 3 N 4 N
6. alternate between swung and straight when u get swung ddown.
7. COUNT OUT LOUD!!!!
8. get laid
