I'm looking for a synth to do some emulation. Currently my friend and I wants to do recording but due to lack of funds we can't afford to get some other instruments and we can't members that can click well with us =/
I need a synth that is capable of doing emulation, sounds fairly realistic, and at the same time can't have to sound too crap. It has to be capable of emulating a drumset and bass, and other instruments like a string quartet, etc.
I'm kinda looking at the MicroX and the MicroKorg, although I hear that the Nano set is also good. Any thoughts, or any other keyboards that you guys reconmend?
I got a budget of about no more than $500, so workstations are out :x
