looking for Pop/Rock Genre vocal teacher

Hi,

I'm looking for a vocal teacher to help me improve my vocals in the pop and rock genre.

Main requirements:
Female teacher only.
Pop/Rock genre.
English speaking.
Can play either piano or guitar.

Bonus requirements:
Does English and Japanese songs.
Lives in the hougang area.
Fun.
Has proper equipment.

I only want to take up lessons for fun, as a hobby. However, I love singing. Therefore teachers who might skip out on lessons, please don't bother. All ages accepted.
