LAMC Productions is proud to announce that UK duo The Ting Tings and English dance electronic act The Prodigy will perform for the first time in Singapore as part of the inaugural BIG NIGHT OUT @ Fort Canning Park.

The Ting Tings will perform their first show of 2009 in Singapore on January 13th before headlining Big Day Out 2009 in Australia.

On February 3rd 2009, UK dance act The Prodigy will hit the stage for their first ever full fledge concert in Singapore.

The Ting Tings, made up of Jules de Martino and Katie White are heralded the “most exciting new band in the country", according to the NME.

The Ting Tings were voted #3 on the BBC's "Top 10 To Watch In 2008," the much-watched list of emerging acts in the annual BBC 6 Music poll Sound Of 2008, which observed: "The pair have now…become one of the most credible and critically-acclaimed groups on the indie scene."

The Ting Tings will perform hits from their critically acclaimed debut album “We Started Nothing”.

PRODIGY


The Prodigy is a legendary cutting edge dance/rock band whose music consists of various styles ranging from rave, hardcore techno and industrial in the early 1990s to alternative rock and big beat with punk vocal elements in later times. The band members include Liam Howlett (composer/keyboards), Keith Flint (dancer/vocalist) and Maxim (MC/vocalist).

In February 2008, The Prodigy was cited as one of the five most important acts to come out of the United Kingdom in the last 50 years by Q magazine.

The Prodigy has sold 16 million albums worldwide, which is unequaled in dance music history. They will perform songs from all their albums including the monster hits from “The Fat of the Land”. The Prodigy will also unleash songs from their latest album, “Invaders Must Die”.

Early bird tickets for The Ting Tings are $85 from now till December 15th and $95 from December 16th – January 13th. Tickets will be $105 at the door.

For fans wanting to catch both shows, The Double Shot Package is available for only $150 till Dec 15th, $160 from Dec 16th – Jan 12th 2009 and $170 on Jan 13th. All prices do not include Sistic booking fee.
