How to connect this????

Sorry, not sure where to put my query cos there's no section for turntable stuff... Basically am looking for a turntable to play some free records i got, but at the dj shop, they were asking a lot of questions i didn't understand, so would be grateful if someone could help me...

How do you connect the turntable deck to play the records? I've got an unused hifi speakers with the red and black cables, can i just use that to connect to the deck? Or do i need to go through a mixer? And why the heck do i need or not need a power amp? Thanks for answering, seems like i can fix a computer but can't even fix a record player.....

do you mean vinyl player?


there's a few vinyl players sold at sim lim.. u can try that also, depending on the inches of ur vinyl record..
