Hire or collaborate with vocalist for Asian ballads

Hi all,

I am interested to hire a female/male vocalist for assistance in composing and arrangement of asian ballads for singers like a lin, a mei, landy, lala hsu, Ashin, jay chou and aska yang...you can call it jamming if you guys want...can be easy going...can be serious...
I can pay around 50 to 150 dollars per hour...depends on the singing skills of the singer. I would like to hire at least once a month. If anyone want to do for no money, is also welcome.
