Guitar Rig Latency Problem

Hello peeps, im using a m-audio fast track for guitar rig 4. I get latency up to 400ms even though i'm running ASIO. Is there anything i should do to reduce the latency to acceptable level?

Play around with the buffer size (decrease it, but not too much). What is your buffer size at the moment? Are you using a notebook/desktop/PC/Mac? What are the specs?

unless you're using creative audigy ASIO. I recommend www.asio4all.com

if your com is slow etc. remember to set the Guitar Rig to disable Hi Quality.
