Couldn't check it out thoroughly, but at first glance it seems a lot like Fruity Loops. You ever tried that? It's been around since well over a decade, and is a part of almost every digital producers' studio. I think it's very basic version is selling for 50 USD or something, not exactly sure.

Are you using this particular one? What do you think of it so far?
