fret buzz!

Hi all, i just bought a LTD EC-50, but there seem to be fret buzzes!

My first string 1th and 2nd fret buzz like crazy to the extend that my 1th fret has just buzzy sound coming out!, other strings at around 1th to 5th are a little buzzy when played hard.

is the string action too low? unlevel frets? Pls recommend solutions!

did u get a setup yet?

Yeah, the action's probably too low. Try raising it a little for now, but it's recommended that you take it for a full setup soon.

no. i asked the shop assistant if a set up is needed he said no need.

If it buzzes, it definitely needs a setup.

nope! i used standard tuning..
