forming a punk/ska band

32yo guitarist/bassist here, forming a funk/punk/ska band along the lines of Save Ferris, No Doubt, Smash Mouth, Goldfinger, Mighty-mighty Bosstones, Rancid, early-80's RHCP, and the ever classic Bob Marley.

I would need:

- a complimentary bassist/guitarist
- female lead vocalist (read: Monique Powell, Gwen Stefani)
- a horn section
- and of course, a drummer who can syncopate.

20 yo drummer here interested,and i dun even noe what syncopate means
i dun listen to much ska (does rancid count?)
but i kinda listened to save ferris the other day and felt lyk trying tt shit out
my playing style is more towards punk
