Is it really a midi guitar? I mean, the strings pitch is converted to midi notes? Hee..hee.. very interesting.

it can be used as a midi controller to trigger softsynth as well. Vsti from this, http://www.musiclab.com/ can be triggered via midi. A geetar controller like the mustang pro prolly be more useful then a keyboard controller.

Yea, if I ever get Rock Band, I'll go for the Squier. It's both a Squier AND a game controller
