I'm selling the ultimate Rock Bass; my Epiphone Thunderbird Pro V (5 string) in Translucent Black.
Condition 10/10.

Built 2010, originally purchased early 2011.
This is the new model which has active electronics, with two humbuckers.
The best thing about it is the 7-piece (Walnut?/Maple) neck with through-body construction. The neck is so well built, it has no dead spots and it stays in tune for weeks.
Add that to the Mahogany body and this bass growls like none other. Some other basses famous for their growl "meows" next to the Thunderbird, IMHO.
It has a great set up (for very low action), and plays very easy, clean and fast.
Mods: Dunlop Straplocks, and I also had the strapholder relocated to solve the neck-dive problem.

Nice Bass! I played on this particular bass itself. The sound of the low 'B' is tight, fat and round. It's not always you come across a Epiphone Thunderbird Pro V. And $900 is a good price too. Nice job in solving the neck-dive problem. The neck through-body construction is really great to have. Hope somebody comes and buy it Turxile. Cheers and Best of Luck.
