Difference between a guitar and bass amp.

Yoha softies!

I know the above question may sound stupid or may be in the wrong thread.But im using a ibanez bass amp with a Zoom g2 and a EX-50(with Jb in bridge ) for my gear.I was wondering whether a bass amp has more bass or there isnt any difference at all?

different voicing which accentuate different frequencies of the instrument(be it geetar or bass)

a guitar will still sound like a geetar thru a bass amp and a bass will still sound like a bass thru a geetar amp.

The only different is in the characteristic of the sound projected and it will still be really really obvious, what instrument is it.
