Cloggy tone

Hi softies I have a quick question to ask. How do you achieve the "clog clog" sound on the bass? More specifically the sound of Alex Webster's Galloping. Thanks.

- boosting bass
- increasing gain
- playing with the mids
- dropping your action
-tweak your fingerstyle.
