damage done: yes you can you have to print out the application form, and also pass us ur song in a CD with the printed lyrics to Senja-Cashew CC (Blk 607 Senja Road #01) which is beside Senja LRT in Bukit Panjang.

i believe musicianship on recording means you don't send in a handphone-recorded version of the song.
