Broken neck and strings

dear all, I've recently (about 3 months ago) broken and repaired my guitar neck, it looks as good as new. But as a heavy strummer and a picky guitarist, trying to adjust to the 10s that it was fitted in by the guitar tech was pretty painful since I dont get the dynamics I am spoiled by 12s, but he said to actually use 11s and 12s after some time.

I am wondering if it were possible to actually string 12s on them, any advice?

When repaired correctly with the right glue, usually wood glue such as Titebond original or similar, the wood/bond is stronger than the original wood itself and will never break in the same place again. You can go ahead and use the string of your choice just like before. But if the neck does give, that means the tech didn't do a good job of applying the right glue to reach all the crevices that should be glued. If done correctly, there should be no issues.
