Beginner songs

Hello,i'm new to guitar and now trying to work on songs that uses alot of open chords.Can some of you kindly recommend me songs that is easy and uses open chords?

'Can you ever feel the rain' by Creedence Clearwater Revival. If you're into modern stuff, Staind's 'Everything changes' is also very easy and good to build up your strumming.

the first song i learned was snow patrol - chasing cars. then i learned coldplay - viva la vida, which didn't had any barre chords at all. good songs to start out learning.

Coldplay's viva la vida is really very easy indeed. The first song i played when i started strumming.
Other songs i like and are quite easy:

Oasis's wonderwall
If you wanna try plucking can play Plain White T's Hey there Delilah
