bass limiter

err juz asking wat is brand of bass limiter shld i get and i have a hartke preamp with me or shld i get juz get a pod xt multi efx???? pls advise thanks alot

although i am the owner of a decently modest (???) pedalboard i must say that multifx units are getting better and better. so its up to ur personal preference. try them out and see which one is more shiok

maybe u could tell us ur budget for ur limiter err ahh compressor?

err i also nt so sure yeah juz checking out the stuff budget maybe bout 150 i guess

150 is a decent amount, at that price range i have previously owned the mxr dynacomp, which is the bread and butter model for many, cloned by many a boutique manufacturer

other popular ones include maybe the aphex punch factory. but it probably doesnt fit the bill as a limiter because it is so transparent

compression and limiting is a confusing road... basically some people end up paying lots and lots of money for something they can barely hear :mrgreen:
