Axe FX II Owners! Connecting Axe FX II to Tube Amplifier + 4 by 12 Cabinet

Hello Fractal Audio Axe FX II Owners!

I was just wondering if there's anyone here who could shed some light on connecting my Axe FX II to the following setup;

1. Fractal Studios Axe FX II
2. Blackstar HT Stage 100 Amplifier
3. Blackstar 412 Cabinet

I have had a look on the send and return, but just need a bit of guidance if anyone has done this before?
