Argentine Indigenous Orchestra in Concert

"The brainchild of Maestro Alejandro Iglesias Rossi from the National University of Tres de Febrero, Argentina, who is also the President of Argentine Music Council of the International Music Council, UNESCO, the Argentine Indigenous Orchestra (AIO) will be coming to Singapore to give a concert performance on the 23 November 2007 (Friday) at The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC) Theatre. The orchestra consists of a vast array of musical instruments that spans the pre-Columbian era of Mesoamerican and Andean civilisations as well as the Spanish and Modern eras.

Tickets for the concert which will feature a number of Asia premieres by the AIO are priced at $20.00 each (excludes booking and other fees) and available at Gatecrash web site (www.gatecrash.com.sg) or hotline (62225595), The Substation, and all SingPost branches and S.A.M. kiosks.
