Anyone with experiences with mapex?

Does anyone here own a mapex?
I'm not too familiar with the mapex range of drumsets and equipments, can anyone enlighten me?

one thing's for sure though, mapex's black panther snares are friggin' sexxxxxxxaaaaaaaaayyy

can go down to musiclab and check out the mapex there as well, and talk to alvin face to face. always easier to explain stuff face to face. can check out the ever-so-delicious turkeys as well :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

well i did hav experience with a MAPEX QR kit at themusiclab
it sounds quite good. well actually alot of kits sound good depending on ur tuning.so ya :D

but i'm getting e mapex cos its worth e price for an entry kit and their kits hav good quality etc.
so ya.
 
well. mapex is made in taiwan i think. from what i know mapex is actually a taiwan brand unlike pearl tama dw. yea its a taiwan brand with the right marketing. but no doubt two thumbs up for them

well actually their made in china. i've confirmed with alvinthedrummer.
