Where did you have your lessons? I need a more passionate teacher........(I am passionate about who and what I teach, as a teacher)

I like the school's materials, i.e.: the fakesheets..If possible, I want to stay with the same teacher but he....haiz..maybe he has been in a bad mood or something, I cannot explain, simply not professional to bring emotions into the classroom.

Hi pf..I'm back in SG. While overseas, I managed to practise @ some music studio I wanted to post this message on the forum but I think there might be a chance that my piano teacher reads the forum too..So..

Had 2 lessons since I came back. My piano teacher is a little impatient but I did not mind. It is important that he is somehow strict so that I can learn. However, I realised that he is more and more impatient...and I wonder if they had trainings on how to interact with adult students. He keeps on saying 'wrong', 'where got like that', 'wrong wrong wrong', 'why you play wrongly'...makes me so stressed up. And sometimes he doesn't teach, tells me to play but he is sms-ing, looking at his phone behind me, goes to photocopy the score but takes so long to come back..then ask so many personal questions..I am learning from a school, I wonder if I should request for a change of teacher..haiz
