Akin to how Drum Exchange 1st initially started here in Soft (when it was all makeup of Male Drummers)...and we all realise that even as Guys - we were all very pretty much reserve (as we do not know each other well when we 1st met in L Cube)...so 1st meetup became so very formal (as our objective was to pool all the drummers together as a family with any other objectives as strictly secondary)...unlike now - everyone is feeling so much more comfortable with each other - so - Things start comming up, as we learn and have fun altogether - We are indeed moving towards the right direction for all the Drum's Meetup............The same should follows with building closer- ties among all the Female-Drummers here...as a cohesive whole together as a unified group of drummers in Soft
The idea of having 1 or 2 Female Drummer into joining the current existing committee is a good idea because - It is always good to have a Female-Drummer (acting as a Spokeman Kekekeke :smt040 ) on behalf for the Female Drummers in Soft and in all it's Drum's Meetup, having more ideas to improve all future meetup as we grow now. Female Members can call the Female Committee Members to discuss (issues that they think it's sensitive here)...
Afterall - SOFT DRUMMER'S MEETUP is SHARING THE PASSION OF DRUMMING - irregardless of whether you're a Female or Male (Gender), nor Age and an emphasies on Freedom to Drum WIth Fun and Building This Passion altogether. We don't want people to think that - Drumming is Dominated By Males Only
Yes and I know Drummeright - she is a very nice, quite girl (but drumming is awesome).......
PS: - The (Female-Committee-Members) joining the current committee would of course be 2-way. Agreed by Current Committee & The Female Drummer herself........One thing to note is that - To be in the Soft's Drummers Committee - Members are not approached based on (How Good A Drummer One Is) ...but more than that....(The Ability To Contribute In Helping Organising Events and Handling Things here .... and Having The Right Personal Attitude)....because everyone of us are trying very hard to build, enhance and develop a "Closer Drumming Community Who Can Share & Enjoy Drumming Altogether" currently and for the future - That's our course.
