"Believe in Nothing" ft. Jean-Marc Boulier

Hey folks! First finished track from my project Slowly Growing Deaf, a movement to promote the work of the many talented vocalists in our midst while showcasing my songwriting. I had the great opportunity to collaborate with our very own fellow SOFTie, the seasoned, artful vocalist and autodidactic multi-instrumentalist Jean-Marc Boulier, on this song about a man at the end of his proverbial rope.

Even though I've written songs for more than 10 years, it's only recently that I really learned to compose systematically and how to mix and master, thus the sound quality is still very far from perfect. Jean has been nothing but patient and supportive in sharing his wealth of experience with me, and his passion gleams through in all his songs.

Check out the track below, and feel free to offer your thoughts!

My amateur project consists of around 14 songs that I aim to finish by March 2017. Still looking for a couple more vocalists to work with, so do drop me an email at beg.for.mercy@live.com.sg if you're interested in collaborating, with a sample of your work, and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Cheers,
Shah
