I don't know if anyone has any experience dealing with this multi-track recorder. Mine "crashed" a week ago and I'm having difficulty finding a place to repair it. I've managed to identify the hard-disk of the multi-track as the problem area (the screen is displaying messages like "inthdd error" and "sysfile error"), so I'm guessing I probably need to replace it. I called up citymusic since they're the main dealer of zoom products but they aren't able to give me any quotations and I'm afraid I might end up forking out a lot of money to get my machine repaired. This is a pretty old multitrack so the warranty has long expired, but it's very user friendly and useful for my purposes so replacing it is not really an option now.
Does anyone know any alternatives? I'd appreciate it if anyone could recommend shops or dealers for me to go to. Thanks!
