Yamaha's CGX171CCA has a slimmer body depth and lower action than other nylon string acoustic/electrics. This easy-playing beauty starts with a top made of solid American Cedar mounted on a Rosewood body. The Nato neck with Ebony fingerboard is reinforced with a truss rod for added stability. A highly responsive, ultra-thin B-Band™ Pickup mounted under the saddle along with a condenser microphone delivers spot-on acoustic sound reproduction. Controls include high and low tone controls, master volume and a unique mic mix control that allows both mic level and phase adjustment to eliminate feedback in live situations.
