Hi,
Looking to trade Sojing Silent/Traveller Bass TVX 45, as my son found its long neck and difficult to play. Looking to trade with other guitar/bass.
General construction.
This is a very eye catching design. It has a very light wood body comprising a rim and handles which are attached to a long neck. It feel fairly sturdy despite the light feel. Piezzo electric pickup. Integrated pre-amp with tone control.
Neck.
The neck is thick and coated in coarse paint. The fret life plenty. There are no markers on the edge and the handles initially made it difficult to to get it resting against the body at the right angle to see the fret board.
Pick up.
The pick-up is piezo-electric amplified trough an integrated pre-amp circuit. Any vibration is converted into an electrical signal. This includes bumps and string squeak. It has a very good treble response but is poor in the lower range even with the tone in the pre-amp turned fully to bass.
Condition.
It is in excellence condition, no crack, scratch nor ding.
