The Yamaha RGZ is similar to the RGX range but with a less pointy headstock. It can be divided into the models made in Japan for the domestic market only and a larger range of models which were exported and probably also sold in Japan. They appear to have been made from 1988 to about 1990 and I have not seen any in any catalogues later than 1990. This one comes with the back heel route as well as the contoured body top making it super comfortable to play.
This is an extremely, extremely rare domestic market only RGZ11 in excellent condition. The gold headstock on black looks real sick.
Body: Basswood
Neck: Maple + Rosewood fretboard
Frets: 24 Jumbo
Bridge: Rockin Magic Pro
Pickups: FOCUS - SH 1 T (Ceramic) x 1, FOCUS - SS 1 (Alnico V) x 2
Controls: 1 volume 1 tone 5 way switch and mini toggle for coil tap
Everything is stock and original, comes with a carrying bag, no trem bar. Recently sent to the man Mr. Goose for a sick set up. Plays like butter. Sounds like fire.
