Finally, I've decided to sell this very well built and well kept 61 keys compact midi controller at S$300. Accessories include FC4 sustain padel, PA3 adaptor and USB midi cable. It was used to midi with another keyboard to simulate an electone organ for my kid, but he is now playing with weighted keys instead.

I'm also selling a well maintained Quiklok BX14 piano/keyboard bench at only S$50.
