Selling off an almost new Yamaha F310 i bought like two months ago.

Looking to sell for at least $275.
Before you begin to baulk at the asking price, let me explain.
1.It's in fantastic condition, being two months old, I haven't been able to bust it up yet in any way.
2.I've had it modded to include two things to make it the perfect performing guitar:
-It is now semi-acoustic, I have installed on it the crazy-good sounding Shadow two band SH-861 Preamp installed with a trademark Shadow nanoflex pickup worth about $170, still under warranty at Luthermusic for two more months, who also kindly set the guitar up for me to be strung with gauge .12s.
-I had a strap pin installed on the neck heel so you don't need to fiddle with straps that have strings at the end, just hook them onto both strap pins.
3.People who've had this guitar before know why you should get it: IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC.
4.I've just strung it (like today) with nanoweb Elixers. 'Nuff said. likely that you won't need to change the strings at all 'til next year at least.
The neck isn't spaced as widely as other acoustic guitars so it is quite a comfortable piece to play for those with smaller hands, and large handed people haven't given me any complaints about playing it either.
For the interested, it's got a Spruce Top with Meranti sides, back and neck with an Indian rosewood fretboard.
I'll include a gig bag, a guitar strap, a guitar cable and a soundhole blocker. A tuner if you can meet/exceed my asking price.
Lowballers, please stay away. Not looking to go below $275 and i'm in no rush to sell it, so yeah.

Only reason why i'm selling it is because i bought a Baby Taylor on impulse. And i can't stop playing it. So yeah, i don't want to let this great sounding Yam be neglected.

Hit me up at 91 seven eight 50 three eight and deal at timings convenient to me but i'll let you choose the location.
