I'm looking to sell my Yamaha APX 500 semi-acoustic guitar in Natural colour. Had it for slightly over a year, and it is still in good condition. The pre-amp is still working well, and the guitar does not have any visible scratches. I'm throwing in the guitar bag as well as a few packs of strings, and I'm hoping to let it go at $400. $450 can buy brand new APX500II latest version.
IMHO your selling price too high for a used APX500 with no warranty.
