It works fine, except for the 18v outlet switch thats loose, so the 18 v outlet only powers 9v.
If you really need an 18v outlet, Walrus Audio provides free repairs and shipping back, so you'll only need to pay for the shipping of the power supply to the US, which is about 20 bucks.
